Itinerary-
Day 1: Arrival at Delhi
Arrive at New Delhi for the start of the Golden Triangle with Jaisalmer trip. You will be greeted by our representative and offered warm welcome at the airport from where you will be escorted to the hotel booked in advance. Overnight stay is scheduled in Delhi hotel.
Day 2: Delhi tour
After breakfast in the hotel, proceed on for guided sightseeing of Delhi. Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, a Sikh temple, is the first monument to be halted at. Sikhism and its salient aspects will be showed and explained. Thereafter, old Delhi will be explored. The important monuments to be visited here are Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Chandani Chowk. The 400 years old Chandani Chowk is explored on a manually-pulled rickshaw. Then roam through New Delhi, a city designed and built by the British in the 1920s. Places of historical importance are the India Gate & Presidential House. After lunch, drive to visit Akshardham Temple and the Qutub Minar. Nightstay is scheduled in Delhi hotel.
Day 3: Delhi – Agra – Agra sightseeing
After breakfast, depart to Agra. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel in Agr. After check in, move on a guided tour of Agra. Visit the Taj Mahal, considered one of the Wonders of the World. Next, visit the huge Agra Fort, which has been the seat of the Mughal rulers for several years. Depending upon your interest, you can either go in for tomb of Itmad -ud- Daula or sunset view of Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh across River Yamuna. Late afternoon, explore local market for shopping in Agra before returning to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri- Abhaneri - Jaipur
After breakfast in Agra hotel, depart for Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. On the way to Pink City, visit famous Mughal township of Fatehpur Sikri and monuments – historically rich 8th century village of Abhaneri. In the evening, on arrival at Jaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: Jaipur tour
After scrumptious breakfast, move on a guided tour of Jaipur, including the Amber. Proceed on an excursion to Amber Fort. Climb the fort on the back of an elephant like the Maharajas and visit the Amber Palace of the Kuchchawa rulers. Having seen Amber Fort, return to Jaipur city. On the way, stop for a while at Jal Mahal to take few beautiful photographs of the beautiful locale. In the afternoon, visit Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds), the City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Birla Temple. In the evening, explore colorful market for shopping in Jaipur. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6: Jaipur – Jaisalmer – Came ride & night in desert camp
On Have breakfast in Jaipur hotel and you will be transferred to Sanganer airport to board flight for Jaisalmer, the desert city of Rajasthan. On arrival at Jaisalmer, you will be received by our representative. You shall be enjoying a desert safari through the Thar desert and taken to Sam or Kanoi sand dunes where cozy Swiss tents await you to help you impart the feel of desert culture with all modern amenities available. You will be welcomed with snacks & tea. Enjoy beautiful sunset. In the evening, watch and enjoy cultural night on the sand dunes. Dinner & overnight stay are scheduled in the camp itself.
Day 7: Jaisalmer sightseeing – Delhi (by flight /Train own cost) - Departure
After breakfast in the camp, you will be brought to Jaisalmer city. Visit Sonar Qila (Golden Fort or Jaisalmer Fort), palaces, temples, market and famous havelis like Patwon Ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli etc in the company & supervision of professional guide. Post lunch, you will be dropped off at Jaisalmer airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi, board flight for your onward destination. Golden Triangle with Jaisalmer Tour ends here.
