COORG, MYSORE, OOTY & KODAIKANAL

ITINERARY:

 

📌 Day 1: Bangalore to Coorg (Approx. 270 km | 5.5–6 hrs)

Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport/Railway Station, meet our representative and proceed towards Coorg, the "Scotland of India." En route, enjoy the scenic drive through lush coffee plantations and picturesque landscapes. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Spend the evening at leisure exploring the nearby surroundings or local markets. Overnight stay in Coorg.

📌 Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Coorg. Visit the famous Abbey Falls, Raja's Seat, Omkareshwara Temple, Madikeri Fort, and the beautiful coffee plantations. You can also visit Dubare Elephant Camp (subject to time). Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Coorg.

📌 Day 3: Coorg to Mysore & Sightseeing (Approx. 120 km | 3 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Mysore. On arrival, visit the magnificent Mysore Palace, St. Philomena's Church, Chamundi Hills & Chamundeshwari Temple, and Devaraja Market. If time permits, visit the Brindavan Gardens in the evening (Musical Fountain subject to operational timings). Overnight stay in Mysore.

📌 Day 4: Mysore to Ooty via Bandipur (Approx. 130 km | 4–5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Ooty via the scenic Bandipur and Mudumalai forest route. Upon arrival, visit Ooty Lake, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, and enjoy panoramic views from Doddabetta Peak. Check in to the hotel and enjoy the pleasant weather. Overnight stay in Ooty.

📌 Day 5: Ooty Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit Tea Museum, Government Museum, Thread Garden, Wax World, Pykara Lake & Falls, Pine Forest, and Shooting Point (subject to time). Spend the evening shopping at the local market before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Ooty.

📌 Day 6: Coonoor Sightseeing & Transfer to Kodaikanal (Approx. 250 km | 6–7 hrs)

After breakfast, visit the beautiful hill station of Coonoor. Explore Sim's Park, Dolphin's Nose, Lamb's Rock, and Tea Gardens. Later, proceed towards Kodaikanal through scenic mountain roads. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Kodaikanal.

📌 Day 7: Kodaikanal Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Kodaikanal. Visit Coaker's Walk, Bryant Park, Kodai Lake, Pillar Rocks, Green Valley View, Pine Forest, Guna Caves (Devil's Kitchen), Silver Cascade Falls, and Kurinji Andavar Temple. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kodaikanal.

📌 Day 8: Departure – Bangalore / Coimbatore Drop

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bangalore Airport/Railway Station (Approx. 460 km | 9–10 hrs) or Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station (Approx. 175 km | 4–5 hrs) as per your departure schedule. Your tour concludes with wonderful memories of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
